This week we are spotlighting Aaron Stock. Aaron decided to get his NDTR credential post graduation after his professor pointed him to the credential. As a NDTR Aaron has worked in clinical healthcare and is now working with Project Angle creating meals for patients with various health complications ranging from diabetes to cardiovascular disease. Project Angle Heart believes that food is medicine allowing Aaron to mix his love for clinical nutrition with community nutrition.
